Back Indoors for the Approaching Seasonal Change

It looks like we won't be knitting on the deck again until next spring. We are into sweater season and soon we'll be warming ourselves by the fireplace.
Kathleen is getting a head start on a reversible cables baby blanket to go into inventory for our next baby donation.
Elaine needed some inspiration so she is browsing through some of our books. This is one of a series in the "One Skein Wonders" pattern books. It specializes in luxury yarns but you can substitute appropriate weight yarns.
We had a surprise visitor for the evening meeting. Moose and his Mom came up from Pennsylvania for a short visit. The ladies were a bit distracted from their knitting.
Maureen is working on another Peruvian style chullo hat made with Berroco sock yarn.
Judy is working on a baby hat.
And Joyce is back after a short sabbatical. Life with her one year old granddaughter keeps her very busy. She is catching up on one of the Plymouth Yarns eight hour afghans.
Moose was having a deep discussion with Maureen about current world affairs,
When suddenly he turned around and gave me the biggest kiss! Even Uncle Drew seems to be getting a kick out of the sudden display of affection.
I'm one lucky grandma!
