Another week with the Chicks

The Chicks are freestyling the knitting projects...we are knitting whatever strikes our fancy.
I found a YouTube video with this cute baby vest using a technique they call the fishtail stitch. It's knitted in one piece from the bottom front, up and over the sleeves, and down the back. Easy, peazy!
Janna is proving how much effort goes into one of our knitted garments. Another week has gone by and she persistently knits her Morton Cowl.
Jan A. knits a nicely textured hat. She talked about learning how to make mittens so maybe soon she'll be willing to learn magic loop technique and put the DP's (double pointed needles) into storage.
Barbara B. found a pretty cowl pattern...
to pair with a pretty yarn.
And Barbara K. decided to continue knitting with the questionable yarn from her stash. It's such a pretty color too!
The sun is shining and the grass is growing so we discussed the possibility that we'll be knitting outside on the deck soon. I'm looking forward to it. In the meantime, stay well, stay warm, and keep those needles clicking!
